According to a media release, at the University of Melbourne yesterday Dame Elisabeth Murdoch was presented with a specially-produced book in acknowledgement of her philanthropy.
Consistent with my earlier grumblings, the media release doesn’t mention her connections with the University, which is hosting a conference on philanthropy. Nor does it mention her recent milestone birthday.
